I am constantly so impressed by the quality of the care I receive from Greystone Surgery. The receptionists are always so patient and helpful and do everything they can to book you in with the right person. The wait is never long, they always offer a telephone consult if they don’t have any appointments left. Every member of staff has been so caring and understanding, I can’t recommend this surgery enough.

The surgery is always sterile and clean. The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. The booking system is straight forward and I've always managed to get an appointment.

Exceptional service. Always seen in a timely manner and have the upmost respect for the reception staff who have a very demanding and sadly, due to certain individuals, a thankless task.
